Director of Operations/CEO

The BLH Construction team is led by Paul Pervez Porooshasp. The founder, CEO, and director of operations, Paul has a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, a master’s degree in construction project management, and decades of construction and renovation experience.

Just as importantly, he is personally committed to ensuring every client is satisfied with the outcome of their project. In this business, it’s not uncommon for unforeseen challenges to arise. If they do, Paul’s approach to dealing with them is being honest and transparent as he collaborates with the client to find the best solution.

Project Manager

The project manager is our “point person” on the project. They are responsible for all aspects of the planning and implementation of the project, including budgeting, hiring team members, sourcing suppliers, and ensuring the project stays on track to meet its budget and timeline commitments.


Safety Manager

The health and safety of our clients and crews is our top priority. Our safety manager ensures that all of our team members adhere to safety regulations and use industry best practices in everything they do. Inspection and verification takes place throughout the course of a project.


Home Improvement Consultant

On residential projects, our home improvement consultant is one of the first people clients meet. The consultant develops a project “action plan” that includes a prioritized list of the client’s wants and needs, as well as a project budget. In some cases, the consultant is part of the team that performs the work.


Licensed Real Estate Advisor

Our licensed real estate consultant provides clients with advice as they look to buy or sell the real estate on which our team will be working. The consultant may also assist the client in the actual purchase or sales transaction.


Design Engineer

On projects where a detailed design document is required, our design engineer creates it in consultation with the client and the appropriate people on the project team.


Project Scheduler

If a construction or renovation initiative is particularly long or complex, our project scheduler may bring their expertise to bear on coordinating the activities of our team members and any third parties that we will be partnering with.
